Appointment Policy
To best serve all of our clients, we kindly ask that any service cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. If a cancellation is not received within this time frame, or failure to make the appointment time, the client will be marked as a "no-show" and the reserved time slot will be forfeited. Any payment or deposit made will be non-refundable.
